Vegan Weight Gain

There are many reasons for why people become vegan. For many it’s weight loss. Yet, as any avid traveler knows, whether they’re vegan or not, being on the road a lot is one of the surest ways to sabotage any attempts at a healthy lifestyle. There’s just something about being at home and being in control of your environment that facilitates better living, but it’s not always possible or desirable to be at home. When you’re traveling, it’s always good to have a plan in place to make more responsible food choices to guard against weight gain.
